I did 89 burpees total and Liz did the 100. Wish I had pushed to do the other 11 but I didn’t want to get us capped…even though Liz said it didn’t matter. She said to just be ME! That’s the CFRT difference…not about the RX but all about the stimul-US. We make the difference because we don’t say we can’t we just figure out a way we can. And we encourage each other!

STR Front squat 110# 1RM…realized halfway through working up to this that I didn’t actually miss the max out front squat day…and ended at the same 1RM as on 12/19. Oops!
WOD 15:46 partnered with Lindsey. I hate burpees and was pleasantly surprised with how they went in this WOD. I enjoyed the partner med ball sit-ups!
