After yesterday’s dizzy wall balls I thought maybe I needed a rest day…got dressed and really wanted to go but it just wasn’t a good idea…so a rest day it is. 🙁

This WOD was awesome: a long grind that hit virtually the whole body. Nice programming!
I modified as follows: 4/8/12; 10 cals; 185# (dropped to 155# last two rounds).

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this WOD looked worse than it was! Although I think a lot of that had to do with modifying it down. I modified Cindy to 3/6/9 (RR’s and knee push-ups), box HSPU’s and 85# deadlifts, 9 cal row.
The toughest parts of this WOD for me were the row and the HSPU’s. I was happy that my knee push-ups didn’t deteriorate more. When we did the Cindy complex on 12/6/17 I remember my knee push-ups being a serious limiting factor and having to break up my sets. That probably had to do with completing numerous Cindys back-to-back, but nevertheless I felt really good at the end of this WOD! And, for a 24 minute WOD, it went by surprisingly fast!

This was a good one! I was a little nervous going in since it seemed long but if you think about 8 rounds vs 24 min it’s a little less intimidating. I did 3/6/9, box hspu/105#, and 6 cal.

Great workout! Little bit of everything head to toe. Enjoyed
that. Keeping a steady gas pedal was key. 185#, HSPU started to decay to 4, then 3 at the end rounds.

I was afraid if this WOD today but it wasn’t so bad. I scaled to 4,8,12 Cindy with RRs and knee PU, hspu on box, 85# DL and 8 cal row.

Played it safe with the Dead weight and still being able to push myself to the limit of exhaustion tonight lots of time off between class visits and wanted to let my body know who the hell is boss .
Feeling better and learning how to manage the healing pains that I’m working through and can’t be nervous Nellie ,just stay true to form ,dont bite off more than I can chew , building the foundation again . The row ending up slowng to a 10 cal and then what ever I could do until there was 15 seconds left on the last few rounds . Last round I flipped the screen down and rowed my ass off for the full minutes and dropped like a wet rag .lol.
