Uncomfortable outing for me tonight . I had 95 on bar and pulled it off during OLY my T2Bs were fine going up but eventually had to do a slow return crunch on every return .
Kept it at 75 # as to not push my forever attempted returns I went all unbroken .
Good workout considering my Nerve BS .Good news is I feel a lot better now ( 4hrs later )
