WOD: 7+3 (75#, kipping pu) working on using the coated bars in prep for the granite games, so pullups were slow. Really liked this workout, got dialed in about halfway through!

Power clean right into push jerk. Could’ve possibly gone heavier on the C&J. Kept a good pace. Really want to get that BMU. Did a few attempts. I liked this WOD.
