Wow that was a tough one tonight! Great tips during the lifts from coach Mike to get more power in the movement. I really tried to push the limit on the weight tonight and actually PR’ed my squat clean.

Tough one after being out for a week! Felt good to move again. Had to start pulling from the hang again because I was missing some pieces of the movement when pulling from the floor. I want to get it right!
