One partner works while the other
Climbs to a heavy set of the following complex
1 x Power Snatch + OHS + Squat Snatch
Start with 45/35, then climb. You can not jump more than 20/10 at a time.
Once partner one is done one round of part 1 , you switch
Score is rounds completed, and total weight lifted between the two partners

Partnered with Rebecca (false grip RR, 10# WB, 45 singles). We each completed up to 60# for the snatch complex.
Those snatch complexes were definitely tough. Overhead lifts are by far my weakness, but I was happy with the weight I was able to move this morning.
