Warm Up and Mobility

Partner Workout

5/4 x Ring Muscle Ups
15 x Wall Balls 20/14
30 x Double Unders
* Modify RMU number to something you can do UB,meant to be a sprint

One partner works while the other
Climbs to a  heavy set of the following complex

1 x Power Snatch + OHS + Squat Snatch

Start with 45/35, then climb. You can not jump more than 20/10 at a time.

Once partner one is done one round of part 1 , you switch

Score is rounds completed, and total weight lifted between the two partners
