Good to see some squats today to help break up the last of the rust from Friday night. I decided to bring it to 1 Ab Mat today to try and build more shoulder strength. Still working on that HSPU kipping form, which needs some work!

This was my first WOD out of elements 9 months ago. I did that WOD on the box. Today got 9+5 with 1 ab mat on the wall. What a fun and rowdy 6pm with the men! Thanks Chris for trying to keep them in line! 😉
