Tried out RX where last strength cycle hit 225 lb and felt good.
Glad I pushed myself.

I went into this Rx worried about the deadlift weight. Was able to get through DLs better than expected in chunks of 5, with the last set of 6.
Then came the HSPU. Wow the standard is rough. I learned close to the end to get closer to the wall. Also point those toes down! Anyone doing the HSPU, use these tips.
I ended up with 15. Although I wanted to get through at least 21, I’m happy I was able to try another WOD Rx!

I loved judging Jess this morning! That girl pushed herself like nobody’s business!! She killed those push ups and deads! So proud of her effort!
