Post 2018 Open I have a goal to get double unders, so I spent the intro piece doing 100 double-taps in lieu of whipping myself 400 times. I must have looked like a jumping Maasai without a rope, but I hope it will all translate into successful dubs over time. Nice work 5am, thanks PJ

Oly: worked up to 100# which was a 5# PR for my jerk! So psyched about that. I’ve really been listening to our coaches and working hard to dial in my form and be patient. It’s definitely paying off.
WOD: 9:39 (singles, 40-30-20-10-5) first WOD back after the open and it felt great.
