First introduction to Sally today, nice work 6am, thanks Chris!
Opted for MOB. I’ve started running a lot again and my legs are feeling it. 6 minutes with the foam roller was awesome.
WOD: Worked up to 100#. 105# continues to elude me lol.

Did the conditioning, however used it as more of a warm-up and took it easy.
WOD: worked up to 135#, felt like I had more in the tank but my quads are smoked from yesterday’s wall balls. Nice work 6am & thanks for the fun class Chris!

The conditioning piece definitely wears me out. I try to just use it to warm up but I end up wearing myself out…got to work on that.

Skipped the conditioning in favor of mobility, definitely feeling the week. Worked up to 135 at minute 12, then finally hit 150 after a few fails! Still forgetting how to get under the bar when the weight gets heavy, so super pumped to hit that weight.
