Wow, this was a spicy grind. I started at 155# on the power cleans and then after my first set immediately brought the weight down to 135. PJ’s voice yelling back to the power cleans every 3 minutes is going to haunt my dreams for the next few weeks.
Otherwise it was a lot of fun. Nice work 5am… Thanks PJ, I guess.
