This was the first WOD in awhile where I felt a little… pukey. Lol. Push-ups and sit-ups were the hardest moves for me. Glad I came in for this one!

This one was TOUGH and made me very nervous for my first Murph with kipping pullups, but I do plan on doing Murph like Cindy, so having to do lots of pullups at once won’t be a major issue… we shall see!
