Well that was a burner!!! Way to get at it 7 AM and a great class as always with Coach LC!!! Thanks for pointing out Kipping Ring Rows really don’t exist!! I thought I was onto a new movement 😝
WOD: 28:36 (Scaled everything to 80 but those Burpees got me so stopped at 70 – 75Lbs – Ran/Walked the 800M)

Holy crap. This one was a mental test for me. I’m most proud of the burpees because I was only going to do 50 but I saw the clock and changed my mind and did 80 instead. I’ve never done that many burpees in a WOD so that was my win for today!
