Beyond excited to have done all that jumping. It’s been 3 months since the hamstring injury and I just started feeling better – I was nervous to do all the reps but I did it.
I actually stopped posting because I really didn’t have anything to say for a while…this has been the longest recovery I have had in 4 years and it was hard – especially mentally.
But I have done what I needed to do and what I could do and it is paying off. I’m looking forward to getting back into having PRs and doing all the things.
Great work by the All Stars – hot sweaty stars are the best!

Awww thanks Ashley! I’m back! This is my third week where I actually feel like I can take it on. Last two weeks were 5 days in a row…missed Monday but I will get my 4 in!
