First time doing burpees since 4/27 and it felt just as awful as it did before YAY!!! I definitely have a love/HATE relationship with them but I need to do them. Still waiting on running so I subbed out rowing.
So grateful for a community that has helped me to go from dreading partner day (and avoiding them) to loving them! OK – I still kind of get nervous but I show up and just let it go.
We had a bring a friend and the member was at 6am for the first time so the Stars had two new friends. Welcome Kristen and Brit – Super STARS!
