Still getting used to jumping rope again and hoped to get 75 each round but it didn’t happen. It was seriously hot at 9:30!
Excited to finally make it to a class with Coach Mike…only took 4 years and hopefully it won’t be another 4 before I do it again.
Thanks for the awesome rowing tips. Learned a lot and loved the tip about putting the display up straight so that I can see it without bending forward.
