WOD: worked up to 130#, super happy about this because I hit this PR weight about a week ago so it definitely wasn’t a fluke, & also my clean was much cleaner, for lack of a better term haha. Still not dropping into my split jerk very well, need to work on getting lower.

WOD: 100#. Failed 105# a few times AGAIN. Still haven’t been able to break the mental block I have when I try for 105. Thinking about coming into an open gym soon to work this crap out lol.
