*We are trying a new format. No optional Conditioning piece here gang. A Conditioning piece is not needed as the volume is very high. Even at light weights this will be a great workout. Start very light and gradually increase. You should be close to a heavy snatch by the EMOM 8. Try to hold it or climb if possible.
