Great Work 8 AM!! Fun EMOM and Gwen WOD for Father’s Day!!
OLY – Worked up to 115 Lbs. Tried for my 1 RM but still nursing minor shoulder issue so didn’t push it.
WOD – 85 Lbs 8:38. Definitely could have done a little more weight but always next time!
