10 x Jumping Split Lunges + Shuttle Run
15 x Push Press 45/35 + Shuttle Run
200m Row (each)

Partner #1 does the movement and Shuttle Run while the other rests. Then partner #2 does the same movement and Shuttle Run. Repeat this until the 200m Row, one rows and one rests. Then start over 😁
