5 Goblet Squats (3 sec pause at bottom)
5 DB Curl + Press – per arm

8 Burpee Box Jumps
8 DB Thrusters – per arm 50/35

Rest 2 min, repeat

For strength portion, goal is 3 – 5 sets of each

For the AMRAP, goal is 4+ rounds, both times with unbroken thrusters
