100 Double Unders (each)
50 Alternating Front Rack Reverse Lunges – Split
100 Double Unders (each)
70 Burpees – Split

Each partner completes 100 DU at the same time,
once both are finished, teams can start on the next movement

– Thrusters, Lunges and Burpees are team total reps, and can be split up as desired
