Part A [20:00]:
5 Sets
Every 2:30 
2 snatch balances + 3 OHS (starting around 75% of limiting movement)
*Athletes should have time to warm up to their 75%

Part B:
Death By Double Unders and OHS [14:00 cap]
Min 1: 30 Double Unders + 1 Overhead Squat (115/85)
Min 2: 30 DU + 2 OHS
Min 3: 30 DU + 3 OHS
Min 4: 30 DU + 4 OHS
…etc. until 14:00 is up. Once you are unable to complete a round, start back over at 1.
