Every 3 minutes complete the following:

Round 1- 8 Snatches
Round 2- 6 Snatches
Round 3- 5 Snatches
Round 4- 5 Snatches
Round 5- 4 Snatches
Round 6- 3 Snatches
Round 7- 2 Snatches
Round 8- 2 Snatches

*Squat Snatches, can substitute power
**40 double unders prior to each round of snatches
