*Use 1 DB for both movements, hold as desired on step-ups and for Push Press complete 10 reps on the R side before switching*

20 Reverse Lunges – alternating (weighted if possible)
20 Hand Release Push ups
– Goal is stay moving with light/moderate weight
– Weight should be something athletes can do all lunges/push press unbroken, if you needed too
– If you only have access to heavy DB or KB you can complete 5 rounds
