We’ll see! But I thought my burpee form today (sat) was the best it’s been Finally able to pump my feet forward made the movement easier. Also pleased cause I missed 2 wks did better than I expected. Sooo we’ll see. You guys are all great and help me to keep going

Teamed up with Stewie today and we somehow managed to Royally mess up the count. We got somewhere between 300-500 reps LOL. Best part was we were guving Michelle and Dave a hard time for losing count before we started and ended up doing the exact same thing. Either way it was fun and we just did more reps to better ourselves. Hung around a little for OG and worked on some strict MUs. Thanks for all the help P Jizzle! Great work everyone
That’s why a workout like this you must pre designate reps. Shooting from the hip doesn’t work 🙂

teamed up with Krystal this morning. This one definitely looked worse than it was. We had a plan and stuck to it.
Stuck around for open gym and tried my 1rm front squat again. Hit 195# which is my previous so I’m good with that. Hopefully next cycle I can break the 200’s! Thanks for a great class this morning PJ!
Teamed up with Anna and we got 14:33. Broke it down with doing sets of 5, which worked well.
Stayed a little bit for open gym to work on handstands and kipping.
