I noticed today this is my 100th WOD since I started Crossfit a few months ago. I want to take a second to especially thank the coaches and all of tmy fellow members at CFRT for motivating, pushing, supporting and inspiring me every day to keep getting better. I’m the fittest I’ve been in many many years and all of you have helped me along the way. Here’s to the next 100 WODs and beyond!

Great job 9amers! This was a fun WOD, needed some strategy to complete. Started out first 2 rounds of 5/10/15, dropped to 4/8/12 for the next 15 rounds, then 3/6/9 for the remaining 13 rounds. Hands have paid for this one….
Nice WOD! Took a bit of strategy to complete unbroken. Started 5/10/15 for 2 rounds, then went 4/8/12 for 15 rounds, then finished the last 13 rounds at 3/6/9.
WOD Chelsea –
Did the first ten rounds with 3 kipping pull-ups, 8 push-ups, 12 squats . The last twenty rounds I did 4 RR, 6 push-ups, 10 squats. Kip pull-ups felt good in those rounds. Push-ups felt good every round which I was happy about.

Completed all 30 rounds with a consistent 20 seconds rest in each round. I can do the full version reps (with jumping pull ups) next time!! Maybe by the time this repeats again I’ll be able to string and do kipping pullups!
25 ( 3-6-9 jumping pull ups ) tired after this one!
I should add I took a few breaks , but I think the scale was good for me. Most rounds I had 10-13 seconds to rest. Thanks PJ
