Didn’t PR my score, BUT upped the KB weight significantly and the WB weight. First time I became friends with the 53# KB, definitely felt heavy but I did the 44 for 30 reps unbroken at the comp so figured it’s time I find a new friend. Sweaty one, good work 5am thanks Krystle and Pj!

Coulda, woulda, shoulda PR’d this, but it wasn’t that kind of day. Felt beat up before I started and my wall balls were sooooo bad I had to no-rep myself a few times. On a bright note, I did the first 2 sets of KBS unbroken.

Last time I did this I got 2+120, but used 26lb KB and 3x singles.
