The burpees would have been faster if it wasn’t my first day back after two weeks – sets of 10 with a few second break between sets.
Last time I did 65 ring rows. I was trying not to push too much and had thought I would do 50 of everything but I did the 100s instead. Just took everything in sets.
So excited to be back!!!!!!!!!!! I missed CFRT and especially the All Stars so much! I have never been out for more than 6 days, so 2 weeks was like a lifetime and I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to do anything.

Surprised this is my first time doing this WOD- I have nothing to compare to. I enjoyed this “sucky” one and can’t wait to compare it to the next one. Was able to pull off 150 singles unbroken. Thank you coach Gaff for the coaching- 0500am, you kicked butt! Enjoy this gorgeous day everyone.

My 100 burpees for time is 8:21 and I tied that today – this time pacing myself knowing I had more workout to go, so I am pretty excited about that. The ring rows buried me. I may have made them too hard to begin with, I had to break them down into 3’s way earlier on than I would have liked to. Sit ups I did unbroken, happy about that too. Then, I had roughly 3 minutes to get some double unders… Yikes! Let’s just say they need work – not sure I got more than 2 at a time.
