I showed up to stay consistent but I didn’t even try to go for my past Diane weight or time – kept it light and kept moving. My hamstring is slowly healing and I can’t wait to get after some serious deadlifting.

Great work All Stars – a few first dates with Diane!And some bell ringing for deadlifts.
Strength: Lifted 245# and got myself a 20# DL PR!! I set a goal for 2019 to be able to DL 250# and I can’t believe how close I am. Felt great today.
