Moving WOD is finally done. I feel like I’ve been away forever!! Nice way to return…death by humidity…I mean HSPU. Not quite as good as last time but my arms are still sore from lifting a million boxes.

OLY – kept it light since I did snatches yesterday.
WOD – 11 + 7 (15# DB) In honor of The Sandman, did a Body by Drake (DBs) movement instead of box HSPU. Didn’t get as far as December, but I was training harder then to get ready for comps and not building back up after a sabbatical. Will move up to 20# next time or move back to the box. I will admit that this is one workout that I will cherry pick 🙁 Love almost any other Death By – except Burpees, that one is evil.

Feels like i have squatted in forever, got after 5×3 back squats tonight. Finally tried my lifters, I do think they helped a bit but they’re sooo narrow!
Pike position on the box with 1 ab mat for tonight’s death by hspu fun. 9+4. Definitely a struggle in the humidity tonight.

I knew round 6 I wasn’t going to come close to last time doing this & I think it was because of day before hero WOD 135# clean n jerk for 30 reps.
